Worst Bradesco agency I've ever been to... Scrapped, employees on their cell phones all the time and 1 hour to assist each elderly person! The employee asked the manager next door for authorization and the manager asked him to send it remotely, even though the employee said he was offline... Absurd!
Horrible! It's been 3 months since I've been going to the bank with my bedridden mother Just to get the card and they keep stalling and if they want to ask for the card. I can't take it anymore we need help because I'm poor maybe that's why the bad service. And there's another thing, there are people taking money from retirees without being employees and they don't care. Where is the manager of this bank that does nothing. Unfortunately, you cannot classify "service" when in fact there is no "service". I waited 30 minutes in the cashier area to be served before going to the internal area and I was not served 😡. I can't resolve anything at the agency except through the ombudsman. My card has been at the agency for (sounds like a joke 🤡) two years.
